After reviewing all of our products, please send us a message under “contact us.” You will need to include the product numbers, as well as the quantity desired, and any add-ons or special requests. Our sales team will email you within 24-48 hours with an estimate that includes taxes, shipping and a lead time. Once you approve the order, we will begin the manufacturing process. Please review and verify all provided information on your estimates prior to approving your order.

Please Note: If your order will need to be prioritized and rushed, we ask that you inform us of this before we create your estimate, as this will incur an additional fee added to the overall project cost.

Lead time for our standard products, is between 3-4 weeks, from the date your order is approved to ship your product(s) out. Custom orders may take longer depending on the project. Shipping can take an additional 7-10 business days to be delivered, depending on the shipping method chosen.

Please Note: During our busy season, May-September, our lead time can be up to 6-7 weeks from the date the order is approved, to ship out.

Yes! We work 1:1 with our clients for custom orders, to ensure you are getting exactly what you need. To inquire about a custom project, please message us through our website or email info@sparksterwelding.com and our sales team will respond within 24 - 48 hours.

Please Note: We request that all special-order items be paid in full at the time of approval.

We offer a 1-year craftsmanship warranty on the integrity of our welds. If one of our welds break for any reason, we will warranty our work.

We do no offer any kind of cosmetic warranty.

We do not accept any returns or refunds. All of our products are manufactured upon your approval. If you receive your product(s) and are unhappy for any reason, please contact your Sales Representative.
